Chavez Cartel is a band from Australia who is coming back again into the scene, releasing their sophomore EP titled “Confidence Is All I’m Taking Home“. They are developing a unique brand of dirty rock ‘n roll that sounds pretty cool, the record is truly great and states the point clearly to stop what you are currently doing and purely focus on the music.

The alternative rock band is based on the Gold Coast, Queensland influenced by legendary bands such as Nirvana, Oasis and The Doors. After the release of their debut EP “Lucky Lucky” in early 2019, the band has gained new fans not just in Australia but also internationally creating a buzz with the music industry tastemakers.

As a band, they like to stay busy. They are regularly performing gigs throughout their local area, including being on the line up for the recent Wallapalooza and the Rockhampton River Festival.

With the new record they made a great decision and teamed up again with the producer Govinda Doyle, the EP has 5 tracks including recent single “Love On The Run“, writing songs about their deep feelings the EP’s message is about embracing every opportunity, learning from our mistakes and become the best version of ourselves.
